In Punjab, Minister of Finance held an engagement session with civil society and key partners on Smog and Climate Crisis at the Punjab Disaster Management Authority. The session was aimed at engaging civil society members, practitioners and academics to support the government in its fight against the health, social and economic impact of climate crisis.
The SNG Innovation Challenge Fund participated in the session to offer innovative solutions to climate change and its impact.
Round 2 of the Innovation Fund invited applications for ideas on Climate Change and the programme will pilot successful ideas with the government to find solutions.
