Ms. Annabel Gerry, Director Development Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) visited the SNG Punjab office and discussed various governance and fiscal reforms being implemented under the SNG Programme in Punjab.
She appreciated the work of the team in providing timely technical assistance to government of Punjab in various areas which are critical for improved governance. She was accompanied by Bianca Jinga, Senior Governance Advisor and Head of Transparent and Effective States Team(TEST), Amna Khan, FCDO rep for Punjab and Ali Javed, Governance Advisor SNG Punjab.
Ms.Gerry stressed on the importance of transparent and accountable systems for better service delivery and assurred FCDO’s commitment to supporting Pakistan in achieving that goal.
