The Sub-National Governance Programme intends to hold a pre-budget consultation with Civil Society Organizations in KP. The objectives of the consultation are:
- To enable CSOs to assess, analyze and review government actions in the budget;
- Identify citizens needs and preferences in the upcoming budget.
- Ensure effective participation of the citizens in the allocation of budgetary resources especially regarding the most vulnerable and marginalized groups.
