Harmonisation of Taxation is a pressing issue in tax policy and reform in Pakistan. Efficiency in tax systems leads to better tax revenues and ease of doing business.
SNG held a high level session led by Director Development FCDO and Mr. Tariq Bajwa to discuss and find practical solutions to issues relating to tax harmonisation.
Participants included Chairman P&D Board Punjab, Secretary Finance Punjab, Chairman PRA, Member FBR, Ex Members FBR, Representatives from LUMS and Punjab University, tax experts and thinktanks.
